Vault Music - User Research & Marketing Design
Built by the Co-Founders of Fan Duel and powered by Solana, Vault Music is a rare music platform with music that exists nowhere else.
Challenge
Through comprehensive user research with both emerging artists and passionate music fans, I uncovered critical barriers in the onboarding process that were preventing meaningful connections on the Vault Music app. By conducting in-depth interviews and analyzing user behavior patterns, I identified that artists needed more intuitive tools for showcasing their rare music, while fans desired better discovery features to find and show off their exclusive music collections.
Results
These insights led to redesign of the core user experience with a focus on simplified artist verification, enhanced collection management, and personalized recommendation algorithms, resulting in a 300% increase in artist sign-ups and a 60% improvement in fan engagement metrics.
